Overview
Turn Around Agenda (TAG) is the vision of Pastor Lincoln Connor CSM, JP. TAG focuses on building the capacity of young men ages 11-21.
TAG has at its core transitional and transformative experiences geared toward shifting the mindset of these young men for success as they transitioned into adult life.
Parents Will...
Actively participate in this journey with their sons through participation in activities, training and financial support.
TAG Pillars:

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to support young men ages 11—21 in their journey to becoming men of character by helping them develop their purpose and passion, instilling integrity in their leadership, and providing them with opportunities to build healthy relationships with others.
OUR VISION
Create a transformative community enabling young men to become men of excellence.
To accomplish this vision, TAG will:
- Provide a safe, stable and creative environment for young men to grow.
- Foster relationships built on respect.
- Provide continuous opportunities for personal growth; and
- Provide a mentoring to young men who demonstrate the need
Our Activities will include:
- Bi-Weekly Developmental Session (1st and 3rd Sunday each month @ 4:30 p.m.)
- Short Term Module Training in various disciplines
- Mentoring for young men who are in need
- Employment preparation and job placement
- Development of passion and purpose through afterschool program
- Providing opportunities for leadership and community service
- Travel exchange trips
- Impact Engagement Calendar
